This Licensing Agreement sets forth the terms under which Pro Gutter Services Inc. grants you a license to use its products and services.

Pro Gutter Services Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its products and services, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. License Restrictions

You agree to the following restrictions:

• No Modification: You may not alter, translate, or create derivative works from our products.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from our products.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pro Gutter Services Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from your use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
